Public consultation Working with public sector organisations to produce consultation programmes for conferences and events; exhibitions; websites; ongoing evaluation.
Consulting residents, businesses, students, children and young people, shoppers, consumers across the region.
Clients have asked us to consult on many different issues including key local authority services, the environment, safety, road and highways, services and support for young people, crime, quality of life, entertainment, sports and health facilities, support for individuals with disabilities, transport, community issues.
The filming process itself highlights our clients' concerns to engage with the public and create a sense of real inclusion in their decision making processes.
These programmes have had very positive responses:
- Conferences: DVD features presenting the true voice of those affected by a service provider.
- Internet: Clients have used the internet as a platform for staff and the public to voice their concerns and for representatives to respond.
- Staff Training: Enabling employees to have a better understanding of the true issues and concerns affecting consumers so that staff can more effectively respond.
